What methods of payment do you accept?
Debit and Credit Card
You are able to pay with a secure pay by link via our integrated payment partner RBS Worldpay. We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit and American Express.
If you would like to by BACS please notify us at time of order. Please note unless approved prior to order we will need cleared funds before proceeding to production.
Subject to your annual print spend we may be able to offer corporate clients a 30 day credit account. This is dependent on appropriate credit checks and following a successful we will quickly notify you of the credit limited approved. All first-time orders require payment with order.
What do you charge credit card fees?
To consumers no we don’t. Recent legislation dictates that any business is no longer permitted to impose surcharges for paying by debit card, credit card or electronic payment services to consumers. If you are business customers paying with a corporate card we charge a blanket 3% to cover our costs and administration.
What should I do if I have a question about an invoice or payment I have made?

How do I obtain a VAT invoice?
We automatically email all clients a VAT invoice at time of order or following delivery of your order. This will be sent to the email address we use to communicate with you. If you require an invoice sending to another party either to raise payment or for accounting purposes please contact our finance team or your account manager.
Can I pay with cash or cheque?
We don’t accept cash. If you are a limited company, a not for profit charity or a local authority contact us for details of our credit account terms and payment by cheque.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are made with a our secure payment gateway via RBS Worldpay. All payments are conducted through encrypted servers of the payment gateway providers. RBS Worldpay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, owners of NatWest. Our payment gateways does not divulge your credit card information to anyone and we have no trace of this on file, so rest assured that your credit card details are safe when payment is made to Print Worx.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
Your payment to Print Worx will appear on credit card statement as London Market, London Marketing or London Marketing Solutions. Print Worx a brand and trading name of London Marketing Solutions Ltd. Registered at our head office 49 Greek Street, London W1D 4EG
Should I be charged VAT?
All our prices exclude VAT since we are a business that trades with businesses. Many items like leaflets, flyers and brochures qualify for VAT at 0%. We’ll add VAT to your order at the current rate for all other items that are applicable at the prevailing rate, currently at 20%
I’m VAT exempt, why are you charging me VAT?
If you are a registered charity or have VAT Exempt status, please contact us before you place your order.
Printing Companies that accept American Express?
Print Worx is a commercial printing company and we are proud to accept American Express AMEX as a form of payment for your order. For a full range of products or bespoke order please contact your account manager who will be able to raise a secure payment link via RBS Worldpay for payment via AMEX.
